Client reviews: how to receive more and respond properly
Before booking with a practitioner you don’t know, you read the reviews. Their number and tone often matter as much as the rating itself.
Verified reviews
On ReflexoLib, a review can only be left by a client who attended a session booked through the platform. No anonymous or fake reviews: this is what gives them value in the eyes of your future clients.

The review request goes out on its own
About two hours after the session ends, ReflexoLib sends the client an invitation to leave a review, during daytime only, never at night. You have nothing to do.
For this to work, mark your sessions as completed in your calendar; otherwise, ReflexoLib will email you to confirm that the client indeed attended.
To receive more reviews
- At the end of the session, simply mention that you read all reviews and that they help you.
- Encourage clients who usually book by phone to use your profile: only sessions booked on the platform qualify for a verified review.
- Never offer any compensation in exchange for a review.
Respond: always, and with restraint
You can publicly reply to each review from the Reviews page of your dashboard. Simply thank for a positive review, adding a few personalized words.
For a mixed review, stay factual and caring: thank, acknowledge the feeling, explain without lengthy justification, and offer to discuss it privately.
Professional confidentiality also applies here
In a public response, never mention the reason for the consultation or any detail of the session, even if the client raised it themselves in their review.
Frequently asked questions
May I delete a negative review?
A review cannot be deleted simply because it is negative. If it is abusive or unrelated to a session, please report it to support from your dashboard.
Do reviews appear on my website?
Yes: if you have a ReflexoLib showcase site, your reviews are automatically synchronized there with your profile.
