General Terms of Use
Article 1 — Purpose
These General Terms of Use (hereinafter “CGU”) aim to define the terms and conditions for accessing and using the ReflexoLib platform (hereinafter “the Platform”). The Platform is an online service that connects practitioners in reflexology (hereinafter “Practitioners”) with individuals wishing to book an appointment (hereinafter “Clients”). Any registration or use of the Platform implies unconditional acceptance of these CGU.

Article 2 — Registration
Registration on the Platform is completely free for both Clients and Practitioners. The user commits to providing accurate and up‑to‑date information at the time of registration. Any account created with false information may be suspended or deleted without notice. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Article 3 — Services Offered
The Platform allows Clients to:
- Search for reflexology practitioners by location, specialty and availability
- View Practitioners' profiles, certifications and reviews
- Book appointments online
- Manage their appointments (cancellation, rescheduling)
- Leave a review after a session
The Platform allows Practitioners to:
- Create and manage their professional profile
- Define their services, rates and availability
- Receive and manage appointment requests
- Communicate with their Clients via the integrated messaging system

Article 4 — Responsibilities
ReflexoLib acts as a technical intermediary and shall not be held responsible:
- For the quality of the services performed by Practitioners
- For disputes between Practitioners and Clients
- For cancellations or modifications of appointments
- For information provided by users on their profiles
Practitioners are solely responsible for complying with the regulations applicable to the practice of reflexology in France, in particular regarding activity declaration and professional insurance.

Article 5 — Personal Data
Personal data collected on the Platform are processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy. In accordance with the regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your personal data.

Article 6 — Intellectual Property
All elements that make up the Platform (texts, graphics, software, photographs, images, videos, sounds, plans, names, logos, trademarks, creations and other protectable works, databases, etc.) as well as the elements accessible on the Platform are protected by the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code. These elements remain the exclusive property of ReflexoLib. Any reproduction, representation or unauthorised exploitation is strictly prohibited.

Article 7 — Termination
Any user may delete their account at any time from their profile settings or by contacting support. ReflexoLib reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of breach of these CGU, fraudulent use or inappropriate behaviour, without notice or compensation. In the event of a Practitioner’s account deletion, confirmed future appointments will be automatically cancelled and the affected Clients will be notified.

Article 8 — Governing Law
These CGU are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, the parties will endeavour to reach an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the dispute. In accordance with the Consumer Code, the Client is informed that they may resort to a consumer mediator. The competent mediator is the one appointed by ReflexoLib and its contact details are available upon request.
