Frequently asked questions
Is there a commitment?
No. All our plans are commitment‑free: you can cancel at any time from your practitioner space, and the plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
How does payment work?
Payment is handled by Stripe, the world‑leader in online payments. Your bank details never pass through our servers. You manage your subscription (payment method, invoices, cancellation) from your space.
Is activation immediate?
Yes. As soon as payment is confirmed, your plan is activated automatically and the corresponding features appear in your practitioner space.
What does my address look like with the Web plan?
You freely choose your sub‑domain: your‑name.reflexolib.com. Your site is built with a block‑based visual editor and automatically includes your sessions, rates, reviews and practice locations.
Can I change my plan later?
Of course. You can add or remove a plan at any time. The Pro + Desk Pack saves you €4.90 per month compared with the two plans separately.
What happens if I cancel the Web offer?
Your site will no longer be published, but your ReflexoLib profile, your calendar and your appointments remain intact — the Essentiel stays free forever.
