Reflexology is a natural, gentle and effective method that allows the body to regain a state of balance. This technique is suitable for everyone and all ages. It enables holistic care of the individual while inducing real well‑being and deep relaxation. The areas of action of reflexology are multiple. It allows management of symptoms and repercussions related to stress as well as many functional disorders. After more than ten years working as a pharmacist in a pharmacy, I felt a gap in the overall care of the patient (both in pain management and in stress and emotion management). It became important for me to be able to offer something else in complement to medical care or simply as personal support. Always passionate about the functioning of the human body, its reactions and regulatory mechanisms, I wanted to contribute to restoring its balance in a way other than the sole medication approach. Thus, I turned to Reflexology almost ten years ago, an activity fully aligned with this health and well‑being approach where body and mind are intimately linked. Initially trained in Combined Reflexology, I now practice foot and ear Reflexology in my office for individual and personalized accompaniment. In addition, I also practice foot Reflexology in Senior Autonomy Residences to improve seniors’ quality of life.
