A career change driven by well‑being
Motivated by a deep desire to bring better well‑being, I undertook a comprehensive 450‑hour training in foot and hand reflexology.
I chose to transition to a holistic approach that considers both body and mind.
This path is the result of several years of reflection, nourished by my personal development and by observing the ailments affecting our society.

A scientific foundation
Holder of a DEA and the first year of a PhD in Neurosciences, I conducted research on optimizing drug dosage in Parkinson’s disease, respecting our circadian biological rhythms.
This work resulted in the publication of two scientific articles and in practical application with patients suffering from Parkinson’s disease.

More than 27 years in the health sector
I continued my career in health, within an orthodontic practice. For over twenty years, I supported patients and ensured the well‑being of the caregiving team.
This experience taught me the importance of attentive listening, holistic support, and sensitized me to the physical and emotional suffering many face.

My commitment today
Today, I put my skills and sense of listening at the service of all people seeking better well‑being.
I also support individuals with neurodegenerative diseases, thus extending the common thread of my journey: to relieve, accompany, and improve each person’s quality of life.
Curious and passionate about travel, I enjoy enriching myself through contact with the people I meet and different cultures.
These experiences nourish my practice, strengthening my openness, sense of sharing, and listening.

As a guarantee of quality and professional ethics, I am affiliated with the French Federation of Reflexologists and fully respect its code of ethics.
From July 2025 to June 2026, the AFNOR Standard NF S99‑807 was available for purchase by professional reflexologists.
On 19 June 2026, AFNOR’s decision to certify Standard No NF S99‑807 concerning “Reflexologist service provisions” was annulled by the Council of State.
