Presentation

Valérie – Reflexoval
Reflexologist since May 2023, I work within a clinic and accompany adults, children, seniors and professionals, with an approach adapted to each.

My encounter with reflexology arose from a personal experience and a discovery during yoga sessions. I found there a different way to support the person, in a holistic approach attentive to physical, mental and emotional balance.

I practice foot, hand, facial and dorsal reflex zones, as well as increasingly combined reflexology. I adapt to each individual, to their needs and to what they are experiencing at the time of the session. Foot reflexology holds a particular place in my practice: I find it especially energising and rebalancing.

Over the course of my experience, I have also had the opportunity to offer sessions and workshops in nurseries for young children aged 5 months to 2 years, as well as sessions for vacationers during the summer period at campsites. These experiences have enriched my practice and my ability to adapt to different audiences and contexts.

During my sessions, I place essential importance on listening, gentleness and kindness. My intention is to provide a time for oneself, conducive to relaxation, release and letting go, and to enable each person to rediscover a space of listening to their body and sensations.

Gentle, attentive and empathetic, I enjoy supporting each person with precision and care, respecting their rhythm and uniqueness.
