For 20 years, I lived in the world of numbers and reports. A precise, orderly universe… but one that left little room for breath, for the body, for sensations. One day, I felt it was time to change, to turn toward what touches me deeply: well‑being and supporting others. I chose to train for two years in the ERVE method, an extensive program that allowed me to master plantar reflexology in its depth and richness. I then complemented this expertise with cranio‑sacral reflexology, the Japanese massage Soku Shindo and the Niromathé method, to offer complete, tailor‑made sessions, adapted to each body, each tension, each need.
