Optimizing the functioning of your organism. As a professional in the well‑being field, I accompany you at the various moments of life to strengthen your social, family and professional well‑being. To do so, I use two highly complementary tools: reflexology, which helps your organism find the strength to operate optimally, and emotional harmonisation, which soothes your mental tensions, whether recent or longstanding. Who am I? I am trained as an acoustic engineer, and having always been immersed in the medical world through my family, I have always been sensitive to caring for others. Taking into account needs, listening and offering solution ideas has always been part of my life. Having discovered the virtues of reflexology and its pragmatic approach, I pursued various trainings to become a reflexologist (with RNCP certification) with the rigor that belongs to this profession. As a high‑level athlete in my teenage years, I learned to overcome difficulties, even when they seemed insurmountable. Finding solutions has become a way of life. Reflexology entered my practice gradually in 2010. As a perfectionist and lover of well‑done work, I have carried out (and continue to carry out) numerous experiments to observe the effects on the people I receive. As a pedagogue of acoustic sciences, I naturally proposed to share the tools I have learned and my experiences in reflexology with an audience seeking professional reorientation. In 2014 I created the training centre Dien Chan Institute. My training programme for the reflexologist profession obtained RNCP professional certification in 2019, and in 2023 I opened a well‑being retreat centre in Savoie: AlpiZen! where we offer relaxation/revitalisation cures.
