When I discovered reflexology and its effects on me, I wanted to learn more. I trained and discovered a living and human practice.
Having completed this training with certification, applying Eunice Ingham’s method, “each foot tells me a different story” and brings its share of surprises. I am always amazed by the effects of the pressures, the varied reactions, and the feedback from the people I accompany.
I feel like a child who has been given a magical toy. There is a sense of wonder in discovering that it is possible to accompany and relieve people in their ailments.
It is a path of exchange, comfort and trust, which I have been fortunate to walk and continue to nurture each day. Stress, burnout, insomnia, digestive, muscular, skeletal, lymphatic, cancer, urinary, pregnancy, menopause, andropause... etc., it is possible to help the body naturally rebalance itself, respecting any ongoing treatments, with reflexology as a complement. I do not make a diagnosis.
