After exploring various professional fields, I have chosen to devote myself fully to what moves me deeply: caring for others and supporting them towards daily well‑being.

Certified reflexologist (RNCP, 2022), I offer integral reflexology sessions (facial, palm and foot) in companies, at home and within senior residences. I give particular attention to each person I accompany, taking the time to listen to their needs and respect their pace.
Through my practice, I aim to provide a genuine moment for oneself, conducive to relaxation and tension release. Integral reflexology can, in particular, support stress management, promote better quality sleep, aid physical recovery and contribute to overall well‑being.
In a corporate setting, I support employees by offering a pause in their day to release tension, regain vitality and foster a more serene state. My sessions can be part of a quality‑of‑life and working‑conditions initiative (QVCT) or during wellness‑focused days.
At home and in senior residences, I adopt a gentle and attentive approach, offering each individual a moment of listening, relaxation and soothing, in a familiar and reassuring environment.
Through my practice, I wish to accompany each person with listening, kindness and respect, providing them with time for themselves, conducive to relaxation, balance and well‑being.
