As a reflexologist, my aim is to provide you with holistic support, meaning I consider you in your entirety (physical, emotional, environmental...). Reflexology acts as a support for your organism. It allows, through stimulation of reflex zones on the feet, hands or head, to help your body draw the energy needed for its normal functioning. This is called homeostasis, the internal balance of the body for optimal health. I practice foot, cranio‑facial, palm and emotional reflexology. In addition, being trained in naturopathy, I can offer you general lifestyle advice: nutrition, stress management, plant‑based support, Bach flower remedies, physical exercise, breathing, etc. These two practices are truly complementary for taking back control of your health.
