I am a certified reflexologist, specialized in nerve reflexology and passionate about the functioning of the human body.

I practice in my office near Saint Jean d’Angély and on‑site (holiday centres, châteaux, companies and public institutions). I am bilingual English/French – English speakers welcome!

I offer sessions in foot, hand, facial and auricular reflexology as well as wellness massages related to acupressure, relaxation, stress and emotion management, and healthy ageing.

I also support individuals with long‑term conditions (ALD) to soothe and help them live better with their illness daily.

My professional practice is integrated at the heart of the care pathway of my region. Commissioned by the Ligue contre le cancer de Charente‑Maritime, I am their reflexologist for the Vals de Saintonge sectors (Matha, Saint‑Savinien, Aulnay de Saintonge, Saint Jean d’Angély), Surgères and Rochefort.

My approach is centred on a holistic support of each person. Through reflexology and massage techniques, I invite your body and mind to regain their natural balance.
Each session is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, release accumulated tension and allow deep relaxation.
Reflexology and wellness massage are not limited to soothing physical pain.
They also invite the release of energetic blockages, promote better vitality circulation, and serve as a means to raise the vibrational frequency of emotions.
