I am a foot reflexologist and practitioner of wellness massages, founder of ZenByFlo, and I accompany individuals seeking relaxation, rebalancing and daily well‑being. My approach is based on gentle manual techniques aimed at releasing physical tension and soothing the mind. Through foot reflexology, I stimulate reflex zones located on the feet in order to affect the whole body and promote its natural balance. This work helps, in particular, to support stress management, improve sleep quality and provide a deep sense of relaxation. I also offer wellness massages targeting the feet, hands and head. These areas, particularly rich in nerve endings, allow a rapid induction of a global state of relaxation. The sessions combine various techniques — light strokes, pressures, smoothing — to encourage circulation, release tension and establish lasting calm. Additionally, I have developed a specific anti‑stress treatment, combining several reflexology techniques (ears, face, skull, hands, feet) to act synergistically on the nervous system and promote deep letting‑go. Sessions are offered: at home in Paris and Montreuil, in the comfort of the client’s residence, with all necessary equipment brought on site; in a practice in Montreuil on Saturdays, in a space dedicated to relaxation. After an initial professional career as an engineer, I chose to transition to well‑being to practice a more human profession, focused on listening, touch and supportive relationship. My intention, in each session, is to offer a simple and sincere pause, allowing each person to release tension and reconnect with sensations of calm and balance.
