Humanitarian for about twenty years, I reoriented myself by training in reflexology at the International School of Reflexology in Nantes (EIR).
You are stressed, anxious, fatigued, you have lost sleep; reflexology can meet your needs and accompany you towards well‑being and balance.
I offer you:
🎯 Sessions of plantar, palm, facial, auricular and combined reflexology at my office in Challans, at home within a 50 km radius, in companies or at the association’s premises.
🎯 The Fischmann method is gentle, sensory and effective, both manual and instrumental, to provide you with well‑being and relaxation by soothing your emotional and physical tensions and helping you regain your balance.
🎯 Sport specialization to prepare athletes and help them recover mentally and physically.
🎯 Corporate specialization within the framework of Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QVCT) and the prevention of psychosocial risks (RPS).
🎯 Target: General public and children from 3 years old.
