My name is Christelle and I am a professional reflexologist, specialized in supporting overall well‑being and stress management. I practice foot, hand and facial reflexology, enriched by the targeted use of essential oils to enhance the effects of reflex stimulations. Trained in the INGHAM method, I accompany my clients in a personalized manner, respecting each person’s pace and needs, with a gentle and attentive approach. My practice is located in Occitanie, in a calm and pleasant setting that promotes relaxation from the moment of arrival. Each session is designed to support energetic balance, release tension and promote deep relaxation. The treatments help reduce stress, harmonize the body and emotions and support physical and mental well‑being.
