Engineer by training, I worked in the industrial sector for 15 years as a manager. I discovered reflexology due to a need to better manage my stress. This support has been beneficial.
I completed a foot and hand reflexology training at the IFMV School, a module of the Swiss Federal Diploma. This training includes both a theoretical and practical part of reflexology as well as anatomy and pathology courses, allowing me to better accompany individuals.
To expand my skill set, I then trained in manual lymphatic drainage according to Dr. VODDER, at the IFMV school in Geneva.
