Presentation

Reflexologist practitioner in Combined Reflexology in Caen, I accompany you in a personalized manner towards overall well‑being, helping you relieve stress, pain and everyday discomfort.

My global and holistic approach
Inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, my practice considers the human being in its entirety: body, mind, history and emotions are inseparable. Through an adapted reflex touch (soothing or stimulating), reflexology supports the physiological and emotional self‑regulation capacities of your organism.

My areas of support

Management of everyday ailments: stress, sleep disorders, physical tension, chronic pain, digestive, urinary, genital, respiratory, vascular, nervous, hormonal imbalances…

Specific support: dedicated follow‑up aimed at improving the quality of life of people suffering from illnesses, including neuromuscular and neurodegenerative conditions.

Commitment and continuous training
To offer you ever more precise support, I continue to train in reflexology according to the Chinese tradition, in the study of pathophysiology and the “terrain” (which bridges Chinese energy and human biology), allowing me in particular to identify warning signs for appropriate medical referral.

My practice is complementary to conventional medicine and does not replace any diagnosis or medical treatment.
